Suresh Chandra Nayak
Promoter, Director & Chief Executive Officer
Suresh is the founder and CEO of Silicon Techlab and drives all the innovation, new product development and quality initiatives. He founded Silicon Techlab on 2009 and has been the brains and energy behind this organisation. With his keen interest in technology, Suresh has been leading the company in achieving innovative solutions in the field of data analytics and mobile computing. He is also the founder and head of Silicon Institute of Technology Incubation and Innovation Center. Suresh has overall 22 years of combined experience in STL, Exilant, Infosys and PCL Mindware. Suresh holds a Master degree in Computer Application from Assam Engineering College , Guwahati University, India.
Sangram Mohanty
Director & Chief Operating Officer(COO)
Sangram is one of the Directors and COO of Silicon Techlab. He is the brain behind STL’s ES (Education Solution) platform . With his keen interest in education domain, Sangram has been leading the education vertical in achieving innovative solutions in the field of learning & academics management. Sangram has overall 22 years of combined experience in STL, LIC and Indian Air force. He holds a MBA degree in addition to an engineering degree in aircraft maintenance.

Asutosh has over 20+ years of experience in information technologies providing enterprise transformation solutions. His key strengths lie in: Go-to-Market Strategy, Digital Transformation. Industry Solutions, leading growth through Alliances & Partnerships, and Client Relationship Management. Asutosh has successfully leveraged his business & IT experience to deliver transformative and commercially viable solutions to leading Global financial institutions, located across US, Europe, and APAC.
Niranjan Jyotish
Head SmartGov, Energy Utility & Hospitality Operations
Niranjan is heading STL’s Smart Utility,Smart Health & Smart Governance Business operations. STL’s Smart Health platform is his brain child. With his keen interest in government domain, Niranjan has been leading the government vertical in achieving innovative solutions in the field of child nutrition & disease management.Niranjan has 16 years of strong development and consulting background from STL, TCS,Wipro & CPIL. He is a MCA from BPUT, Odisha.
